Treatments

Acupuncture

Acupuncture uses small hair-thin needles that are inserted into acupuncture points throughout the body to stimulate your system and support your body to naturally heal itself, work more efficiently and become balanced.

Chinese Herbs

Chinese herbs are used to help support the body between treatments so that it prolongs the benefits of the acupuncture treatment and supports the system between treatments. Herbs are a gentle, yet strong, way to move towards better health.

Cupping

Cupping is a therapeutic technique that uses heat to apply suction of glass cups to the skin. The suction stimulates circulation and improved blood flow to the area so that the body can repair and relieve pain.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a technique that uses specific tools to scrape the skin. It increases circulation, removes stagnation caused by injury and encourages the body to get rid of toxins in injured areas so that there will be better blood flow and faster healing.

Pediatric Shonishin

Shonishin is a Japanese acupuncture treatment used to treat children. This treatment style is good for infants as young as 1 month old and children up to 10 years old. Shonishin uses small tools to stimulate meridians and acupuncture points because needles are not needed to access the qi of children.

Shonishin can treat a variety of conditions along with stimulating the immune system. A monthly full moon treatment is a great way to keep your little one healthy throughout the year.

Facial Rejuvination Acupuncture

Facial Acupuncture uses very fine needles to treat both the face and the body as a whole. It increases circulation and collagen production in the face and decreases inflammation. Please see Facial Rejuvenation for more information.
